Allows for the creation of tabbed content when used with the Tab Group macro.

This macro is available in Server, Data Center and Cloud. - In Server & Data Center, It is used for migrating Deck of Card macros to Cloud.
- In Cloud, it is marked as Legacy macro as it is only compatible with Confluence Cloud Legacy Editor
- For tabbed content in Confluence Cloud New Editor, use Tabs macro instead
