  1. Click the cog icon (Administration) > Manage apps > under Salesforce, select Connector for Salesforce & Jira Migration.

  2. Read the disclaimer and click Accept to view the migration steps page.

  3. Click the Disable button to stop any current synchronization between the Jira server and Salesforce.

Step 2 -

  1. Click the cog icon (Administration) > Manage apps > under Salesforce, select The green check mark confirms that the Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira Migration. Read the disclaimer and click Acceptand Jira app has been successfully disabled.
