Go to a Salesforce Case and make an update to a mapped field.
Click Synchronize to Jira. Image Removed
A pop-up window will display with the Jira interface. Click Synchronize to synchronize the date of the Salesforce Case to the associated Jira Issue. Image Removed
If successful, a short message will appear displaying the ID of the synchronized object. Image Removed
Take note that if the Case has not been associated with any Jira issue, you will get the following error: Image Removed
The pop-up window can now be closed. You can verify whether the update was successful or not by either refreshing the Salesforce object screen or going to Jira to check the details.
