This article explains how users can show statistics of the total story point points of nonclosed and closed status based on Epics.

Navigate to Jira Menu → > AIO Reports → > My Area → > My Calculated Fields.
Click Create New Field to create a new calculated field.
Configure the calculated field as shown below:
Create a report as shown below to show the total story points of issues in Epics epics by closed and nonclosed status.
