Installing Time to SLA is like installing any other Jira app (see Managing add-ons in the Jira documentation).
Log in to your Jira Cloud instance as an admina Jira Administrator.
Click the admin dropdown menu and choose Select the Jira Settings cog in the top right of your Jira instance and select Apps. The Find new apps screen will loadNew Apps page displays.
Find Type
Time to SLAvia search in the search field and press Enter.Click Install Try it free to download and install your app.
