This article provides two options for sharing a Jira Dashboard in Confluence. Option 1 explains how to use using the Dashboard Hub for Confluence and Dashboard Hub Connector for Jira, while Option 2 covers using the iFrame macro in Confluence. Both options enable easy integration of Jira data and dashboards dashboard into your Confluence pages.

Note: The connector apps are free , and they don’t don't need to be configured. But your main confluence instance needs the paid app(Dashboard Hub for Confluence) to create dashboards of externally connected instances. You can find more details in Dashboard Hub Connector Apps.

In case you need from time to time introduce a dashboard from Jira into Confluence, you can use the iFrame macro in Confluence.

Instructions:

  1. Generate "Public Link” Link"in Jira for the desired dashboard.

  2. Insert "iFrame Macro”Macro"in the Confluence page.

  3. Specify the URL field to include the public link generated in the share dialog in Jira.

  4. Configure the width and other settings of the iFrame macro as per your requirements.
