This article provides two options for sharing a Jira Dashboard in Confluence. Option 1 explains how to use the Dashboard Hub for Confluence and Dashboard Hub Connector for Jira, while Option 2 covers using the iFrame macro in Confluence. Both options enable easy integration of Jira data and dashboards into your Confluence pages.

Option 1: Install Dashboard Hub for Confluence:

  1. Install the Dashboard Hub for Confluence App to your Confluence instance.

  2. Install Dashboard Hub Connector for Jira in your target Jira instance(s). This connector acts as a bridge between Dashboard Hub for Confluence and your Jira data.

  3. Configure the Jira data sources to grab data from Jira and display it on your Confluence dashboards.

  4. For this option, the connector apps are free and do not require additional configuration. However, the main instance needs the paid app to create dashboards of externally connected instances. You can find more details in Dashboard Hub Connector Apps.
