Issue History Collector is a Service Desk app that provides an ability to show issue duration by assignees and/or statuses.

Features

This app enables you to show issue duration in a particular status assigned to a user. This enables you to see how much time a user spent on a particular issue, for instance how long John Doe had certain issue in testing or in development. Another option is to look at a particular issue: what users and how long they worked on it.

  • Monitor and track issue Statistics tabs to monitor and track issues over different statuses and amount of time spent by users to complete a particular step of a business process. This functionality is available as additional tabs on the issue view page. Jira admin can hide or show them on selected projects.
  • Calculated custom field shows to show how long has a problem was in a particular status. There is also an option to highlight the time if it exceeds specified threshold.Reports show  "status duration" by user or time spent by user to complete a business process. There are also pie chart reports by "status duration" or "user time", for instance percentages
  • Project reports to see issues progress

  • Display all changes to the due date field in an issue in one place for easy use
  • Track the amount of time the issue date was shifted from due date
  • Comment on each change to better track issue progress
  • Follow up the percentages of the overall time that an issue was with the user or in a particular status. These reports enable to select Select specific reporting time periods and status.
