To configure and view the reports, go to your Project, select the Reports section section.

Assignee History Statistics

Assignee History Statistics displays time spent by all users by project issues in specified range.

Specify the report options. Click Next.

Following picture represents the report. To export the report to Excel, click click Excel View. The output file will have as on the screen format.
