Additional functions empower you to automate routine tasks.

  1. To create new post function go  go to Jira Administration > Issues > Workflows.




  2. Click Workflows. Click Edit for certain Project you'd like a project where you want to add post-function to.




  3. Select Diagram view



  4. Select the transition where you 'd like want to add a post function to and click. Configuration -function, the configuration panel appears. Select Post Functions





  5.  Click Select the Post Functions tab and click Add post function.





  6. Select post function you'd like. Click Add




  7. Provide details. Click Add.



  8. To save changes, click Publish Draft.



  9. That's it. Now the saved settings are processed after the transition occurs.
