When the app is installed  you install Issue history Collector (cloud), you can monitor the tickets history, age, and assignees in the tabs inside the Activity section. The following tabs are available in your Issues Activity panel

User/Status Statistics 

User/Status Statistics Issue Statistics tab displays how long each user worked on the ticket when it was in each of the statuses.

Status/User Statistics 

Status/User Statistics Issue tab  tab displays how much time was spent on a ticket by user consolidated by each user. This tab displays the same information but it's grouped by ticket statuses.
