After generating the license key, all you have to do is access the Administration → Add-ons section in your JIRA Jira instance and paste the key into the corresponding plugin textbox.

The Kepler license is a binary file (usergrouppicker-pro.lic) which must be placed in the <JIRA_HOME>/kepler folder. This file may be obtained contacting the cPrime support. After copying it in that directory, and ensuring that JIRA Jira has read and write access to the file, you must restart JIRAJira.
