Using Atlassian UPM (Universal Plugin Manager)


If you are not familiar with Universal Plugin Manager (UPM), please read this document before we begin.

1) Log in as administrator and go to to Administration ->Add→ Add-ons ->Manage → Manage add-ons


2) Search for `User Group Picker Pro` add-onin `Manage add-ons` section and click on `Uninstall` button

4) A message "successfully uninstalled" should appear

Manual Uninstall

At first we will uninstall the plugin manually and finally we'll remove the corresponding tables in the internal database.

Uninstall the plugin

Note
You need to have access where the Jira server has been installed.

Goto the folder where Jira server has been installed.

Access <JIRA_APPLICATION_DATA>/plugins/installed-plugins and manually delete `User Group Picker Pro` plugin.

Restart the server

Notes

Manual uninstall may be performed by removing the add-on files directly and restarting JIRA. However, this method is not recommended since it may lead to various problems. Feel free to contact us if you need hacks for our add-ons.
