On this page, you will learn how to migrate Legacy SLA configurations to Next-Gen SLA configurations.
Prerequisites
We highly suggest trying out these steps in a pre-production environment first. Also, upgrading the Time to SLA plugin to version 10.5.0+ is strongly suggested.
Steps
1. Take a backup of your SLA configurations by exporting your SLA configurations before upgrading TTS.
2. Run the TTS integrity checker and make sure that everything is good to go (Time to SLA menu > Integrity Checker).
3. Upgrade TTS to the 10.5.2 version.

Please don't forget to update Time to SLA to the latest version when the migration is complete! |
If there is an error during migration, a report will be shown on the screen. Don't worry, the legacy SLAs will be available, and you won't lose any SLA data. You can always get in touch with the support team and request assistance.
