ItIt collects and sends some very basic data for us to process. No private user data or personally identifiable information is sent. View the documentation for more details on what is being sent. By default, this configuration is enabled. As an admin, you can disable this feature by clicking on the green checkbox and then clicking the Save button.
Project template information message : Admins can configure an information message that aids a project creator with additional information while creating a project using the Create Project From Template or Request New Project options. Also, HTML tags can be used to add different styles and formats to the text while configuring this message. Refer to:
Notifications to be sent from : The email address configured here is used as
the fromthe from email address while sending out the project notifications that are configured under Project Notification Settings.
Project request guidelines : The guidelines configured here are visible on the project request confirmation screen. Few default guidelines are predefined. Those can be updated by Jira administrator.
