TFS4JIRA consists of two components

TFS4JIRA JIRA plugin
- for JIRA Server (on premises): can be
downloaded
- installed via Manage Add-ons screen (recommended) or downloaded from Atlassian Marketplace
or directly in JIRA
- for JIRA Cloud (on demand): can be activated from Manage Add-ons screen
