Prerequisites to create a Synchronization Profile
Prior to start starting creating a profile, perform the following steps:
- Create a dedicated TFS4JIRA account as a Synchronizer
- Set up the UTC time zone for your Synchronizer account
- Provide the proper permissions to your Synchronizer account

When all prerequisites are met, go to Cloud Native synchronizer → click on "Configure mapping" and crete create your profile.
