There is no migration necessary for Artemis apps when you migrate from Confluence Server to Confluence Data Center.
A Data Center app license will be required 90 days after we release the first Data Center supported version of an app. 90 days after Data Center support is announced the Data Center license will be a requirement for the app to function in Data Center.
