Overview

This gadget displays the total number of times an app has been downloaded from the marketplace. It downloads a marketplace partner vendor has had over a specific period of time. It includes all the partner apps.

It also compares the number of downloads with the previous period of time. The growth over the period of time A decrease in the number of downloads is highlighted in red, when there is a decrease in number of downloads, and in green, when there is while an increase in the number of downloads is indicated in green.

Configuration

Name your gadget meaningfully, so everyone knows at a glance what it is about and when to use it. Fill out the rest of the fields as applicable, namely:

• The datasource, select a Marketplace datasource (see Add and Manage Datasources).

• The time period you want to display and compare the number of downloads of your appaccount.

• The vendor associated with the marketplace partner account.The app you want the downloads data from.

• Finally, indicate if you want to use the current settings for all the compatible gadgets in the dashboard. This option eases the pain of configuring one by one the rest of the gadgets with the same default configuration.
