Thus, our customer service process has to incorporate a mechanism to timely detect reviews and provide a professional answer.
This gadget displays the last five reviews of a marketplace partner account, no matter which app the review belongs to, over a specific period of time. Each review includes the reviewer name and avatar, the rating, the rated app, the total number of reviews and rating of the app, and the comment that the reviewer left.
