Is it possible to migrate configured Power Custom Fields from Jira Server/DC to Jira Cloud?
Unfortunately, there is no way to implement the migration. Due to the different architecture between Jira Server and Jira Cloud, applications have totally different sets of fields for different hosting options, so migration is currently not possible.
I have another question, where do I get help?
