I have enabled Power Custom Field, why don't I see it on a ticket?
There could be a few possible reasons for this:
- You did not add this field to the necessary screen.
- The field is hidden at the bottom of the page. Click Show more fields and check there.
- You have bonded a calculation to another field on the Configuration page of the plugin.
Where can I see a custom field ID?

- Issue type does not support this type of field (e.x. Parent Status field is available for Subtask only).
- Due to Jira cloud architecture, updating (modifying) the issue to start the field calculation can be required.

does not remove it from the screen. You have to unassociated the field from the necessary screen additionally as usual.
Can users edit a value in Power Custom Field manually?

No, the fields are locked and are calculated automatically.
Can I rename the Power Custom field?
We're working on extending Power Custom Fields settings but, unfortunately, it is not available right now.
