The JIRA Suite Utilities plugin adds a 'Transitions' tab to the default View Issue page (at the lower part of that screen).
This tab provides a detailed history of the workflow transitions for the issue, including:

  • State transitioned from, and state status transitioned to.
  • Time spent in the starting statestatus.
  • Number of times the transition has been executed.
  • Who executed the transition.
  • Date of last execution of the transition.
