JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows captures analytics data and stores this in a private analytics database hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States of America. The app collects a limited amount of anonymized data to help us make decisions on where to invest for future releases.

Info

JSU’s anonymous app analytics is enabled by default. From JSU version 2.29.0, you can use the toggle in the app Settings page to enable or disable the app analytics. To go to Settings, select Manage Apps from the Jira Administration menu, then select Settings under Jira Automation Suite for Jira Workflows in the left sidebar.

What data do we capture?

  • Tenant-related information (required by Atlassian)

  • JCMA migration data for detailed reporting

  • Error logs are stored in AWS for error analytics

  • Anonymized usage statistics arecollected to help us make product and feature improvements
