Resolved User Custom Field
- Navigate to Apps > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the User/Group Fields tab.
- Click on the Add New User/Group Custom Field button and select Resolved User.
- Fill in the dialog box:
- Create a name for the custom field.
- Specify First or Last as the issue can be resolved multiple times.
- Enable Clear when re-opened flag if you want the field to be cleared when the issue is reopened.
- And then click on the Add Custom Field button. That's it.
