The resolution user is the user who changes an issue's resolution field from EMPTY to any value.
To create a First/Last "Resolution" Status User Custom Field
- Navigate to Jira Admin > Add-ons > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the User tab.
- Click on the the button.
- Fill in the dialog box:
- Pick JEP - First "Resolution" Status User or JEP - Last "Resolution" Status User in the custom field drop-down menu.
- Create a name for the custom field.
- And then click on the Add Custom Field button. That's it.
