To create a First/Last Comment User Custom Field
- Navigate to Jira Admin > Add-ons > to Apps > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the User tab/Group Fields tab.
- Click on the Add New User/Group Custom Field button button and select First/Last Comment User.
- Fill in the dialog box:
- Pick JEP - First User Commenter or JEP - Last User Commenter in the custom field drop-down menu. Create a name for the custom field
- Create a name for the custom field.
- Specify First or Last - if First is selected, the custom field will calculate the first comment and if Last is selected, then the custom field will reflect the last comment.
- And then click on the Add Custom Field button. That's it.

Do not forget to add this custom field to appropriate screens. The issues which are updated after this custom field was created, will be automatically updated, and they will reflect the correct value. However, you will need to re-generate for already existing issues if there is no update. |
