Failed REST Call Limit
When the rest REST call fails, the system retries the rest call again until it succeeds. You can define a retry limit for failed rest REST calls.
Go to Easy Integrations > Settings (EI) > General Settings page and you can set the Failed Rest Call Limit.

Execution Log Lifespan
Execution logs are kept for the defined number of days. You can define how many days the execution logs should be stored.
Go to Easy Integrations > Settings (EI) > General Settings page and you can set the Execution Log Lifespan.
Connection Timeout
REST calls fail to connect after a certain time. You can define connection timeout for REST calls.
Go to Easy Integrations > Settings (EI) > General Settings page and you can set the Connection Timeout.
External Log file
Easy Integrations for Jira is able to use an external log file. You can check whether this intended or not.
Go to Easy Integrations > Settings (EI) > General Settings page and you can set the External Log File.
