For the cloud app, you can have the flexibility to control app access to certain user-generated content. The app access rule is the Atlassian data security policy rule that allows organizations to limit third-party app access to content in Confluence spaces and Jira projects.

What happens if the app is blocked?
If your Jira admin has blocklisted Clone Plus for Jira by app access rule, the app will not work as expected and you will also see warning messages that the app is blocked.
If you want to continue to use the app, contact your Jira admin to remove the app from the blocklist. For more details, refer to the Block app access Atlassian page.
