Commented Status Custom Field
- Navigate to JIRA to Jira Admin > Add-ons > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and switch to go to the Status tab.
- Click on the Add new Status custom field button and select Add new Commented Status custom field.
- Fill in the dialog dialog box:
- Give Create a name to for the custom field.
- First Select first or last comment to determine the status.
- All Select all comments or otherwise only public comments would will be counted.
- And click Save. That's it.
This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
