Select JEP - Previous Status Condition and click the Add button.
In the configuration screen, select the status to restrict that issue which should be in this status any time before in order to allow the transition.
Enable the Look for just before current status option, if you want the most recent status to be the same as the selected one. For instance, if this option is enabled and the In Review status is selected, the issue's most recent status should be In Review to allow the transition. Otherwise (if the option is not enabled), it is OK to be in the In Review status any time before this transition.
That's it, the condition will now be added to the transition.
