To create a "Reopened" Status Counter Custom Field 

• Navigate to to Jira Admin > Add-ons Manage Apps > Enhancer Plugin For Jira Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the Counter tabFields (JEP).
• Click on the Image Removed button.the Image Added button.
• Click on the Counter tab on the left-hand side of the dialogue. 
• Click on Reopening Counter then click Add custom field.

• Fill in the dialog box:
  Image Removed
  
• Select JEP - "Reopened" Status Counter in the custom field drop-down menu.

• Create a name for the custom field.
  
• Click on the Add Save Custom Field button.

This custom field can be used to sort or search in issue navigator.
