Post function to assign the issue to a user within a specified role when a field of issue matchesnotify transition that has exceeded time limit within specified period |
Email templates can be created or modified according to each transition. Email will be sent to members of specified role.
To add Assign to a user in a role validator, go to the transition of your workflow, switch to Post Functions tab and click on Add post function link.
Select JEP - ... Notify overdue transition post function and click Add button

Fill the form
- Type expected duration as minutes
- Select project role that users who have this role should be notifed
- Define email subject and body
Click Add button and that's it.
