• Navigate to Jira Admin > Add-ons > Enhancer Plugin Menu > Custom Field Configuration and go to the Status tab.
• Click on the Add new Status custom field button and select Add new Commented Comment Status custom field.
• Fill in the dialog box:
  Image Removed
  Image Added
  
  
  • Create a name for the custom field.
  • Select first or last comment to determine the status.
  • Select all comments otherwise only public comments will be counted.
• And click Save. That's it.
