In rare cases, the Composition Cloud pre-migration tool below might not update the “Num. of contents to update” correctly.

This article is to help clarify whether explains how to verify if the required macros for the Cloud migration are ready after executing the updateupdating.

  1. Navigate to the Confluence Administrator page in the Confluence Server/Data Center.

  2. Go to Administration > Macro Usage.

  3. Look for the Composition section.

  4. Confirm that the deck and card are not on the list

  5. But tab-group and tab are.

The pre-migration tool is converting converts the following macros to be usable for use in Confluence Cloud. The steps above confirm that the macros have been updated.:

  • deck > is converted to tab-group

  • card > is converted to tab

For example, the screenshot below shows that there are still 3 macros each that are have not been updated yet, and we . We can try rerunning the pre-migration tool to update them:.
