Lists workflow tasks in a space

The space tools Tasks Report lists all tasks in the current space and allows you to filter by assignee and task status.

By default, this report is only available to users who can Add content (pages or blog posts) to the space.

Admins can make it available to everyone by changing the Workflow Activity and Drafts Visibility settings.

Choose Space Tools → Tasks to view the Tasks Report.

Here's what the report looks like:

The report is sorted by Page title. Columns displayed are

State - current workflow state of a page with at least one task
Task - name of the task
- a page may have more than one task
Status - current status of the task
Assigned by - user who assigned the task (if task is assigned)
Assigned to - user assigned the task (if task is assigned)
Due Date - due date for the task (if a due date is added
Actual Time Spent - the time from task creation to the current time (if outstanding task) or time to task completion (if task completed)

Mouse over the report to display

Assigned to filter option - filters the report to entries for a selected user

Refresh Data option - opens the space tools the Refresh Data option screen to refresh the content properties used by the report tools and report macros in the space
