A defined collection of items from your monday boards makes up the box scope. Items are automatically synchronized. You can add main, shareable, and private boards to BigPicture boxes. Boards you that a scope owner can’t access (private or shareable) are not displayed in the search box.

Scope Owner | A Box can contain only the items the Scope Owner can access (viewing access is sufficient). If you try to add items the Scope Owner doesn't have access to, you won't save the scope successfully. |
